Being new to this city, it was a big problem for me to find a good place to stay. But, thanks to company for helping me with it through their housing and relocation assistance program. I was told about it during the time of my interview. They promised me of complete assistance on finding me a good place and asked me to stay unworried. Thanks a lot.

Work environment of this place is conducive for career growth. I started my service association with this company over a year ago, and recently, in the past month I got my promotion. Also, this year I received recognition bonus as well. There is nothing complicated here, just give your best and earn your respect and position. That’s all.

I don’t look up to such things. My only concerning aspect is about my performance. Beyond it, nothing that bothers me.

The management is covering employees with essential insurance cover. There is life insurance and medical insurance. In the medical insurance, the employee, spouse and 2 children are covered. Disability insurance is also there. A personal accident benefit policy is also there. We are having sufficient cover.

Earlier, I was frustrated with the company I used to work for because even after working extra hours, I was not getting any overtime compensation.But since I join this company and sometimes it happens when we have to work for more hours due to project length and complexity, I appreciate the company that they give us overtime pay. So now I am very happy

We work on many projects, so the workload is not normal, It's not working if I say it keeps fluctuating

Also, don't worry about the pay scale they don't have a blind set scale, it all depends upon your skills , knowledge, and overall performance and experience. Here you will have all sorts of leaves casual leaves, maternity leaves and paternity leaves, sick leaves, and many others. Just your cause of taking leaves should be genuine. Be honest with your situation, HR people will help you in your situation. They don't stand as a hurdle for you. I was assisted by HR guys when I needed paternity leave a few months back. I just love working here. My Manager and TL are very cooperative.They understand their team well.They don't speak in harsh way. They work out every challenging situation in a constructive way , even I have seen that happening in the most stressful hours. I appreciate their outlook.I feel lucky to work under such compliment people

We have certain social and team building events organized here which allows us to interact with each other and work in coordination. I find this program an effective one. As not just because of the team work we get to do, but because we get to know each other well, and also, we get to share our thoughts and ideas on the theme that we are asked to work together. Just loved this event.

Good to see that we have pantry and mini cafeteria facility. If you have your tiffin, you don’t have to sit in front of your desk to have lunch or breakfast, you have these space facilities. As I don’t bring tiffin, I eat in office pantry. Its well-kept place with absolute hygiene.
