The best thing about this company and being a fitness enthusiast myself, I like the fact that company has sports and fitness facilities for its employees. Within the company campus area, we here have, fitness center, gymnasium, and a sports room. Isn’t it amazing? I usually, go to fitness and gymnasium after my work hours. It’s a wow factor for a fitness fanatic person like me.

You get comprehensive insurance policy over here. After facing Covid disaster, now we know how important it is to have such policies. Company offering insurance includes, Disability insurance cover, medical insurance with coverage to self, spous and 2 children of the employee, Life insurance coverage, and Personal Accident Benefit Policy. I am thankful to them for offering us good medical insurance benefits like health insurance and accidental insurance for our financial safety. They have completely shielded us with such good medical benefits, I wholeheartedly thank them.

Worst company I've ever worked for. Work-life balance is a myth, you are constantly under CCTV surveillance, feels like you are in jail. You need to fill up an Excel before leaving for the day which needs to contain what have you done in a day with how many minutes you have spent on that task. Only 15-20 mins breaks are allowed ina day if you cross that then they will issue a warning, on the 2nd or 3rd instance they will deduct 1 day salary. On top of that Biometric system makes it even worse for attendance. Every single month you will have to fight for salary correction with HR team....Read More

The company offers really good benefits. If you do well at your job , the company considers your potential and can be rewarded with increments, promotions, and so on. It's a highly rewarding place if you are the right candidate. Besides, you can even earn recognition bonuses based on your performance.

Here you will have all sorts of leaves casual leaves, maternity leaves and paternity leaves, sick leaves, and many others. Just your cause of taking leaves should be genuine. Be honest with your situation, HR people will help you in your situation. They don't stand as a hurdle for you. I was assisted by HR guys when I needed paternity leave a few months back. I just love working here. My Manager and TL are very cooperative.They understand their team well.They don't speak in harsh way. They work out every challenging situation in a constructive way , even I have seen that happening in the most stressful hours. I appreciate their outlook.I feel lucky to work under such compliment people

You will be handed over with every possible opportunity that you wish for. No one will stop you from growing over here. Just, you need to be capable of it. Seniors will encourage you to develop leadership qualities. You need to have a learning mindset and be ready for every challenge
