The management is horrible. They block people of you ask anything. I left the company 4 years back so then didn't contribute their part of the PF amount.

It's terrible to work with AXIS SECURITIES LTD. as there has no such comfort & opportunity to work with. Also, there is no growth opportunity of career.

Compensation is not up to the mark. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Though the work is much tuff but the managers didn't appreciate or satisfy as they demand more. Also, there is no on job training for the freshers.

Working environment its very good.team member are very cooperative team leader also.office timing is manageable for ladies
