Likes

Worked in axis securities for 5 years. One of the best companies. You will get to learn a lot. No office politics. Salary and appraisal are on time. Management has Clear goals and vision.

Dislikes

It was pretty far from my home.

I have great experience in axis securities. Work culture is good but growth is slow..appraisal is good but salary hike is low.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
