Horrible work pressure, they only want to reach there goals and make profits but are least bothered about there employees, employees at district places are treated even more badly as the employees have less job opportunities.

Many things, supervisor are pathetic, lots of politics and favourism happens. U put butter and oil then u will be highlighted, get good rating, benifits, all claims will be passed everything, but if u don't, teams will be minimised, which will effect ur kra and every benifits which are mentioned in ur offer letter will be stopped gradually, worst calutre in Banking industry I must say.

As a fresher you need to understand the work culture and requirements of the bank. If you are experienced in sales the you need not to worry. in recent times lot of policy changes in the bank. But overall bank is good

Leadership issue in lot of branches. If you lucky then you get right one and career will go smoothly. Otherwise leader makes your career ruin from the beginning of the day.
