Work pressure is less than other bank

After merger of city bank , bank may be in loss hence looking for employee lay off , unnecessary sales presure . There is no good system like other bank for processing customer request and account opening, bank Working like 90's era , No redressal system, No one want to take responsibility.

The softwares Axis is creating is amazing! The IT is doing an amazing job!

The management is hardly interested in the overall employee's mental and physical health. Specially the branch banking employees are treated bad. There are no simple tissues in the washrooms. The condition of the branches overall is bad. There are huge mice running around the branches. There's no work life balance and online trainings are given just like a tick mark activity. Leaders at cluster, circle and central office level has no vision. All day shouting on their subordinate and blaming for work not happening rather than giving training and support to improve productivity.
