There is no sitting place in workstations. And didnt recognized the performance. Appraisal not fair practise. Its totally bias. If you ask question about it.. You will be terminated. Non legal person are placed in legal post and they can take all kind of leave and etc.. They only get promotion ad rating every year...

At ICICI bank on ground floor 1st floor on axis bank , two bank are private bank but when icici bank closing time 6.30 but same place location axis bank close 8.30 , and meeting timing in morning morning 1 hr and evening 1 hr total 2 hr standing position every day that nt a good quality of leadership.

Total toxic work culture Biased promotion and compensation policies ( Some college graduates are given preference in promotion even if they do nothing). No equal work equal pay policy. Some college graduates are hired as senior even when they know nothing and are paid 2-3 times more. Yes you read it right. HR are unresponsive and useless. As a brand no doubt its great experience but at branch label axis Bank given a n number of target and day by day service too worst condition .in branch supervisor support only one person not to other. There is too may political issues in every branch.
