There is no sitting place in workstations. And didnt recognized the performance. Appraisal not fair practise. Its totally bias. If you ask question about it.. You will be terminated. Non legal person are placed in legal post and they can take all kind of leave and etc.. They only get promotion ad rating every year...

Worst company to work with just like their worst service. The management is bully and threats you to take away your job away almost everyday . Not completing the target will make the management call you in head office and make you stay long hours after office even for girls. Will Tell girls to apply unacceptable means to achieve target. Toxic and worst work culture of the company. After putting all the effort they don’t give you appraisal. Sometimes manager use bad language while talking to subordinate, they don’t know how to talk. Not at all good company.

There is nothing to like, along with me there were 35% of the people who left the job. I saw people fainting, mentally disturbed and getting panic attacks at work. Very in human work culture. They will tell you the salary is 40k in-hand and pay you 28k, when you go back to discuss they simply put up some reason ok deductions that was never informed on the first place.

Do not work here unless you want to be dragged around like an animal . I not only speak for myself but everyone that I know there. Only working in such a toxic environment to make some money for bread. And how they treat you is by throwing bread crumbs on the floor. They are the best manipulaters. Even if you are on death bed, they would want you to report to work.

I would say only few words that this is the Best bank among private sector, in terms of promotion , targets and elevation to the next profile.

Dislikes

Ummm if you are consistent in achieving your targets and your daily operations and rhythm then there is not an issue but if you are not then it could be a problem for you which is common in all private sector banks. But if you will compare with other ones then this bank give more leverages even if you are not able to achieve things as per the bank mandate.

In its previous incarnation as UTI bank it was a much wonderful organisation to work for. As the approach in those day was to be customer centric & employees were allowed to participate in getting goal setting for the bank.

Dislikes

Over a period of time the customer centric approach have diminished, pressure have increased on revenue growth & no learning is provided for cross function activity.

In compared to other banks there there is quite work life balance is there. Else there is no good thing who which will encourage the employee to work in this Bank.

No employee and customer is satisfied with axis. Since client is always disappointed with the services of Axis so that employee need to focus more on service issues as employee need to generate new business instead of servicing the existing clients. There is no process to work company is working like Lala company, very orthodox andvery old system. System is still not updated as compared to other bank. An absence of employee there is no other employee who can take the ownership of the assignment. An employee who is getting 80 marks out of hundred is getting 3 rating and who is getting 20 marks he is also getting three marks so that is no difference who is willing to do and who is not willing to do....Read More

The management is hardly interested in the overall employee's mental and physical health. Specially the branch banking employees are treated bad. There are no simple tissues in the washrooms.
