As stated above, what type of manager and team members you get decide how satisfied and fulfilled you will feel, currently neither my manager nor my team members are good. But I have WFH so it makes it easy.

I beg everyone not to join this company this company is absolutely terrible no one teach you a process and they just shout at you and the Targets they give you are surely unachievable for new joiny and forget about office politics they give you hell This type of company does not only distroy your dreams they distroyed my career andfamily too because you can never be happy ......everyday you went through stress and they should at you in morning hurdle because entire funnel shout at just you for theri target I think RBI should close this bank effective immediately...Read More

As a fresher you need to understand the work culture and requirements of the bank. If you are experienced in sales the you need not to worry. in recent times lot of policy changes in the bank. But overall bank is good

Leadership issue in lot of branches. If you lucky then you get right one and career will go smoothly. Otherwise leader makes your career ruin from the beginning of the day.

The senior management at zonal level and regional level are very unprofessional and always carry personal grudges on employees. Irrespective of the skills, experience the respective employee will be judged based on any random person opinion and feedback. No cross check or discussion will happen. The ground reality is far far different from what is always portrayed

The old team was really good

New Supervisor are all very selfish They support their neighbours and put pressure on those who work. I feel Axis Bank should protect its staff from these people as it happened with me and it can happen with anyone else too. When I was in the hospital, I gave all my business to my neighbor who never brought any business himself, due to this I got termination
