The on the job training is good and also the peers were but not much avenue as the only thing which will help you grow is selling Life Insurance even if you don't know how to even count cash.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The peanut salary which they offer regardless of how good you are at work and also only insurance business will help you grow nothing else matters.

Work satisfaction - Bad
Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

Horrible and tiresome. On papers the job is glamorous and very good but working as a whole will drain the life out of you.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
