Good company and few employees and manager are helping and taking great care of team.

Dislikes

Mis management and no proper guideline many employee are just ruining process and spoiling company image dosent have proper skill set but hiding under umbrella of management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
