Good culture of company, we can get lot of improvement and knowledge in the organization. If you do well, they will give give lot of guidance to you. So I think it's my pleasure to at Avvashya group.

Dislikes

Dislike is no one have touch with us till the operational issues. Actually what I am expecting issues is there or not, but our team people will contact to us atleast monthly once and discuss about the operation.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
