Listen to management hard words and digest and working only. management do not fire the employees. Job guarantee is here.

Unnecessary work pressure is created by manager no personal life,min 12 hr working,no food,no snacks,no OT,no leave, week off also not fix, unnecessary cost cutting , if probelm arises impose on downline. All cargo is very good organization but avvashya need to see by HR to employees and take care. Here Required to show management I m workings only, fruitful result not required.
