As a family-run business, AVN Arogya suffered from mismanagement and poor decision-making, often filling key positions without matching skills or experience. The heavy involvement of family members fostered ego clashes and created a toxic work environment, where employees were treated poorly and undervalued. The company failed to meet basic obligations like paying salaries to current employees, further deteriorating trust and morale.
