Multiple deductions from your CTC ( The company's PF contribution is also deducted from your CTC). 4. There is absolutely no IT culture in the company. 5. There is no appreciation or any perks and benefits from the company. 6. Internal politics. 7. Micro management. 8. The company does this with a lot of developers by gradually converting them into testers (For more information, you can open LinkedIn and check the profiles of the developers). 9. Performance or Diwali or Quarterly Bonus whatever bonus you get is deducted from your own CTC and given back to you which is not even fully received. 10.
