Everything, Seniors and vintage colleague's behavior, line managers/zvp always busy in share trading with training Head. Lunch and other snacks time are fixed for special people only, other side no space and chairs for sitting to employees, all chairs are reserved for vintage employee only, rookies new joined managers has a space of training room for business calls and lunch. Nothing to like in Aviva Life Insurance company. Very poor Management in Guwahati, with Guwahati BM cannot work he only support a girl with whom he loved very irritate person.

Same nothing to like Aviva Life job security is nothing and management is very bad after complaining also never take action and many peoples comes and go coz due to very poor environment in office and pls before going there see nicely. On Sunday also need to work. Cannot work there with Jasobanta Bhattacharji ( BM)

I was working at Koregaon Park Branch in Pune. As compare to other branch, this branch was very helpful and worked as a team. They try to complete the targets of each member of a whole team so that they can also complete the team target as well. Incentives are great here. I would recommend this company for beginners to professionals. Work environment is really good.

Dislikes

Leads could be an issue. Business from new leads is very difficult as we don't get much potential response from them. So the actual issue of the new leads is i feel its not properly verified that's why don't get much response as per my experience.
