Some people will make the working culture very bad always back talk with unnecessary topics politics like top management will listen to other useless people and make decision Hr department is the worst they never think about employer's situation promises are never kept

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
