They not Deserve 1 star also. No-one work his or her job as a seriously 1. My last working day is 24 April 2022. regarding my document they are saying first submit assets after that we will release your document like work experience or reliving latter. 2. I submit company assets on 18th may 2022 (Also i submit acknowledgment copy for assets summation) 3. what they says after summation next 3 working days we will share your document. 4. Today is 14 June 2022 till time not share. 5. Each and every day i follow but every time they say will share today. 6. There are no backup employee if ''Pooja'' on holiday so Pooja work totally stop no one backup for Pooja. 7. Now am taking legal action on Raghavendra, Nikhil Arora, Ajay, Pooja Pawar....Read More

Communication within the organization was inconsistent, and responses to important queries, such as PF closures or HR matters, were often delayed or ignored. This lack of support impacted the overall work experience and created unnecessary frustration. Additionally, clarity regarding processes and timelines could have been better, as it often felt like employees were left in the dark. One major issue I faced at Avantha Technologies was the lack of effective communication and timely responses from management and HR. Important requests, such as those related to PF processes or employment records, were often delayed or ignored, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of structured processes and accountability in resolving employee concerns. This created an environment where even basic administrative tasks became unnecessarily complicated.
