This lack of support impacted the overall work experience and created unnecessary frustration. Important requests, such as those related to PF processes or employment records, were often delayed or ignored, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of structured processes and accountability in resolving employee concerns. This created an environment where even basic administrative tasks became unnecessarily complicated.
