Proven track record of the organisation against market conditions. One of the largest RE IPP developers of India. Flexi-pay structure is really good for salary structuring. Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Traditional hierarchy & working style. HR policies are not very good. Medical insurance benifit is not adequate. Every 2nd & 4th Saturday is holiday, remaining Saturday are working. In person resolution of queries are easy from HR. Office is not very modern. Cost sensitive management, they generally does not allow deviation from strict policy entitlements.
