* Friday Lunch * Male employees can stay late and get there food reimbursed (Most of young age engineer getting spoiled because of this). * CTO is knowledgeable apart from this no value addition to the company * Energy is an untapped sector so you will get to know many good applications/websites who are catering in this market. There were actually on the first batch of firing people on the ground of Covid-19. They fired almost 40% of strength in India. They scheduled a phone call on March 17th, 2020, and asked to take their compensation ( inclusive 1-month severance package) by 20 March 2020 and return the assets on the same day. The firing wasn't bad but of course, it was ill handled and with no support. They even removed access to the HR tool be the end of the 17th March and salary slips had to be asked from Operation manager (Yes, they have no HR. One they hired on Feb month also got fired)...Read More

* Working in the India office, unfortunately, you have to work with a self-declared intellectual who is heading India office. That becomes the biggest pain point. * Hiring/Firing is the gossip of Autogrid both India and Redwood. So, if can enjoy that it won't bring irritation to work life. * Decision makers are hired in the US and every one/two years they are sent to India in an executive role to try out individual management skills and visit places in India. * There is a mandatory line item in CTC about Certification and Learning which requires approvals from management to use. So, they will decide if you can do that course or not....Read More

They can fire you after a month of retaining. Whole world is struggling with Crono Virus issue, and organization is busy in firing employment.
