Managers focus on your talent more than anything. There's nothing that limits your growth if you're talented. Your abilities will certainly be valued to give you the push you need. When such are the managers, I have no worries. There are many saviours for anything and everything. I count on them for my holistic approach in the company.

Working at Aurigo has ben nothing less than reaching a milestone. Due to this company, I've excelled in my career. I have crawled up the ladder to work in my current position. Internal movement is possible here and I can tell this from my experience. I have a track record of fulfilling the goals I set for myself.

The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

The work environment of a company is actually a reflection of it. Observing closely, I see that this company's environment is fantastic. It has strongly positive energy flowing in. The kind of people hired matters and the staff here is good. They keep the atmosphere cool by being genuine towards one another.

My probation period has been longer than I expected. I have fewer leaves during this period. Sick leaves could have been provided more generously.

The managers at this office look after a number of procedures. It is a result of their activeness that everything is accomplished transparently. This transparency is maintained in office, regardless of anything. It lets me have full faith in the management. The employees are kept in the loop for all important things.

The management should consider increasing provisions like sick leaves. It can be quite a relief to get fully healthy prior to returning back to work.

Aurigo has a quite a friendly staff. This is what I admire about it. The employees work at different levels. But they all know what it is to be on team. They maintain friendly terms and politely convey whatever they want to. We work very cordially at Aurigo.

Adapting to this role was exciting and challenging at the same time. The company gave me sufficient time to understand it. But the actual training phase was not that long.

All the colleagues in my team are good. They have made the culture amazing. We work together and manage positively. During lunch breaks, we sit and eat together in cafes. Though we are a team , we stay close like friends.

Currently, I have a fixed shift at Aurigo. My shift is not rotational. That would have been better for me since I am pursuing a course and its timing isn't flexible.

Being a big name worldwide, Aurigo has only pros and the most fantastic one is job security. It has never been a cause of worry for me. The company has retained me well. Besides, to be honest, I have plenty of reasons to keep working here. From its culture to its perks, there are numerous advantages for employees. If there is something I specifically need at work, it is surely provided.
