Talented employees are encouraged here to keep improving my skills have become more polished in this company. I am yet to complete a full year. But irrespective of that. supreme guidance is given to learning quickly the managers are experienced to a great extent.

There are some freshers working here. They use phones too often.

I have been working here as a fresher. I like the company's culture. The employees here help me alot they advise me about what i should or should not do. I have mainly joined here for learning for which there is immense scope. But i am also getting other benefits like training

Aurigo is a great organization to work with. They always treat their employees as human assets. They put all their effort to retain talent. In there touch times. they have taken all the safety measures to product the employees be it up-gradation of their medical facilities, transportation facilities, or policies.

Nothing as of now. It is one of the best IT organizations in Bangalore.

I am very thankful to Aurigo Technologies that in this COVID 19 pandemic situation, Working from the home facility is given to all the employees. They created the IT infrastructure for every employee to work from home as soon as possible.
