Similar working. Need to do night shifts ( and maintain attendance). HR dept is very bad. Except work, they are expecting everything. Not releasing bonuses on time. Attendance management is also bad who is doing night shifts.

I was working at AU as assistant manager in SME assets operations and my reporting manager is not supported me in my initial time either he was insecure with me because we both have equally qualified. Politics are also there in team. Favouritism also exist there. Never ever join this company.
