I would say a proper balance for development of oneself both in career and hobbies as well, got pretty chill management and supportive whenever need.

Even if you don't have a job, don't join Atul. Highest levels of politics. They are still in Raja & Maharaja times. Your sincearity and hardwork has no meaning at all. Your performance would be based on opinion of few who themselves are fighting among themselves and will make u a scarp goat. Worst organisation and it's culture.
