Company has high equiped laboratories and latest instruments to learn.

Dislikes

Desai and Patel lobby everywhere. Old employees harasses new employees. The one who is liked by boss gets good increment and promotion. Work does not matter.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
