Company manager and plant head are insecure. I shared the scenario, 1) I join in Mumbai plant that time less infra in quality. I make design fixture and gauges also make Kaizen they don't appreciate 2) I solve major customer complaint about noise issue in Ikano model on the request of quality manager. Before that they (team) analysis that the wrong material used. But I proven that the material is right and the process has issue and change the process.. Issue resolved customer complaint close. For that I appreciation I got "no increment" + PIP After 12 years I saw this type of company who put people on PIP who is confirmed and he has 2 years of experience. This is new technic to demotivate and pressurise to employee for take out from company. This is done at Atomberg Technology by Plat head and quality manager. Product quality is good, frontliners have really contributed to make it a brand, so that now people/customers are coming in market asking for Atomberg Fan. Online (prices) support for the retailer is good thing but the process is preety slow or equals to nothing.

Dislikes

Company is growing higher so is the pressure on employees, A b'ful culture is changing due to a huge change (made) in upper management. There are perks and scheme for retailers or employees but the process is very slow.

Impatient Behavior of CORE Team- They always set aspirational target which is good, sometimes those aspirations remains unfulfilled at that time they become more frustrated and they don't know how to handle the situation. And they take haste decision and create a lot unnecessary pressure to the bottom line employees and medium levelemployees. Sense of Insecurity - They judge the people too frequently and create perception about the people rather focusing on challenges of the situation and due that recent exit of old human resources and continuous pressure on other team members have created sense of Job Instability. HR initiatives are there but HRBP is worst selfish and cunning. Unlimited leaves just for the name sake instaed they shd have leave policy so that an employee can leave on his own from balance

No motivation and personal touch with people, just as a slave working culture. Please do not join for the salary, they grab employees from good organization by money and dump them after joining

Earlier this company was good but now it’s culture & policies are deteriorating.

Dislikes

Team leads involved in too much politics within the team leading to inefficiency and poor work ethics. Employees focus shifted to politics rather than working which results in poor appraisals. Attrition rate is too high. Team leads directly puting employees in PIP who is not accepting their irrelevant orders.

Company is good for employee who have much experience and don't argument with seniors . Most reliable thing company has very strict rules but not interested to aware employees .

HR is well qualified and doing good at there office . But their are not aware with market situation. Also there are not a responsible person . They are very poor discussion maker in terms of company rules . I don't know about other companies. But this company has very poor or inexperienced Hr .
