Excellent work environment and culture also. Supportive teammate and the transparent management. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good appraisal are Fair and they give bonus every year.

Salary is decent and growth is slow.

The company is under a very good management. We will competing with IIT and the rate of developing the skills increases drastically.

Product quality is good, frontliners have really contributed to make it a brand, so that now people/customers are coming in market asking for Atomberg Fan. Online (prices) support for the retailer is good thing but the process is preety slow or equals to nothing.

Dislikes

Company is growing higher so is the pressure on employees, A b'ful culture is changing due to a huge change (made) in upper management. There are perks and scheme for retailers or employees but the process is very slow.

Earlier this company was good but now it’s culture & policies are deteriorating.

Dislikes

Team leads involved in too much politics within the team leading to inefficiency and poor work ethics. Employees focus shifted to politics rather than working which results in poor appraisals. Attrition rate is too high. Team leads directly puting employees in PIP who is not accepting their irrelevant orders.

Company is good for employee who have much experience and don't argument with seniors . Most reliable thing company has very strict rules but not interested to aware employees .

HR is well qualified and doing good at there office . But their are not aware with market situation. Also there are not a responsible person . They are very poor discussion maker in terms of company rules . I don't know about other companies. But this company has very poor or inexperienced Hr .
