They offer you a good hike while joining the company.
They believe in hire & fire culture, without giving you a chance to match their expectation, not even having PIP tenure they will just ask you to leave the company. Earlier the culture was very good but now its just politics & favorism. 2 to 3 people take all the decisions and make other employees as scapegoat. No work-life balance, no mental peace. HR are completely useless.

Team leads involved in too much politics within the team leading to inefficiency and poor work ethics. Employees focus shifted to politics rather than working which results in poor appraisals.
