HR initiatives are there but HRBP is worst selfish and cunning. Unlimited leaves just for the name sake instaed they shd have leave policy so that an employee can leave on his own from balance

No job security at all, Hire and firing culture. Even after your confirmation after probation, you are at risk of job due to the high expectations. No motivation and personal touch with people, just as a slave working culture. Please do not join for the salary, they grab employees from good organization by money and dump them after joining

Company is good for employee who have much experience and don't argument with seniors . Most reliable thing company has very strict rules but not interested to aware employees .

HR is well qualified and doing good at there office . But their are not aware with market situation. Also there are not a responsible person . They are very poor discussion maker in terms of company rules . I don't know about other companies. But this company has very poor or inexperienced Hr .
