The company is very good in terms of policy and job is secure once you get the confirmation.

Dislikes

The office politics is extreme. Even though the people from HQ are appointed as head but the one working from many years do the manipulation and make company bad for people working here. If you are ready for politics Atlas Copco is the place for you and also be aware from your own teammates especially the one from tier 2,3 cities

Company provides enormous opportunity to individual's for their professional development and growth. Company culture is very inclusive and unbiased. There is lot of flexibility and freedom at workplace.Annual salary rise is at par with Industry standard. Lot of focus on employee health and well being.

You just need to search for suitable higher positions, crack the interviews, and get placed within the group . You should stay a minimum of 2-3 years to be eligible to apply. They offer false promises of a promotion, hike, or transfer if you express a willingness to quit.no learning opportunities

Hours system and the unnecessary hurry on 20th for filling the timesheet. Not good for electrical team. They don't have any tasks but still forces you to fill the timesheet. No MNC culture at all.
