Salary could be better, but mainly the learning and development opportunities are limited. You learn on a job and not always have a senior who can give you feedback and teach the best practices to you. So many meetings.

Notoriously corrupt Construction company.I has been involved in dubious projects like the Kerala Hydroelectric power plant and other shady projects in Canada for which it has plead guilty and fined millions of dollars in damages .

The Bosses over here are hypocrites of the highest order. The corrupt compant tals big works like ethics and morals ignoring its dubious corruption deals which can be googled.

Job security is there since company is try to grow the whole Workforce. They try to retain people by counter offering if they are going to competitors.

Politics and favouritism on top. Reward of good work is more work. Talent young engineers ends up training and indirectly working to meet productivity for favoured or employees who enter the organization through approach.
