Company policies are good on paper but management are not following honestly or properly. There's no transparency. Appraisals are not fare. Few employees are not good those have power. They torcher to Junior people.

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't take accountability. Hard Working people can not successful in SNC Lavalin.
