No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. Remote working is not very efficient way of working. Overseas teams are too laid back to come back on queries & resolutions. Too much of meaningless hierarchies. Teams are given any lame tasks to work on. You are just producing sheets if you are working in Indian GTC. Working in WS Atkins is like ruining your career as an architect/ engineer.
