Good company to work with, nice & Cool working environment, Seniors are very supportive. Colleagues are very much approachable for any help.

Continous Teams calls, even the working guys are spending 4-5 hrs a day on Teams calls, which ultimately delay or pressurise the working teammate. It's GTC so nothing much on Engineering and Planning as things are majorly provided by US,UK,CAN,Middle East team.

Politics and favouritism on top. Reward of good work is more work. Talent young engineers ends up training and indirectly working to meet productivity for favoured or employees who enter the organization through approach.
