I would like to request everyone that whoever wants to join this company should take it in written beforehand so that you don't have to regret later. There is no job security here. As I was working with the district team, the main issue is that our District head or State head did not know anything about the work, and the state head did not provide them with proper guidance or training. There's no planning about the project and everything seems to be pointless. So not waste your time in this company, NO SECURE JOB

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
