In terms of career opportunities not ideal and we still see many internal opportunities missing, which leadership need to address to avoid attrition
Though in 2.5 years I was almost 18 months WFH due to pandemic I would say my line Manager was very supportive and given me best support. Work wise it's best organization to be associated with.

Disliked the managers and director managing the SAP Basis team as they are micromanaging and threatening people with their position given. No professional way of handling people. Managers lack in people management where any negative criticism made they immediately corner the people who made it. The work culture of this team is master slave concept. No proper Knowledge Transfer will be given and they expect the new joiners to work. They expect people to work 24*7 and when only they do this promotion and hike will be given as per their expectations. On an average according to the managers calculation the employee is expected to work beyond their shifts and be available whenever reached for any priority issues.
