Managers lack in people management where any negative criticism made they immediately corner the people who made it. The work culture of this team is master slave concept. No proper Knowledge Transfer will be given and they expect the new joiners to work. They expect people to work 24*7 and when only they do this promotion and hike will be given as per their expectations. On an average according to the managers calculation the employee is expected to work beyond their shifts and be available whenever reached for any priority issues.
