Proud about the fact that we are contributing to the betterment of the society by manufacturing Covid vaccine to end this pandemic. Job security is good and you get to learn many new things. Initially lot of freebies were offered, but now, I feel they have reduced. Free transport, lunch are bonus points

Salary normalization is quite high and we need to bargain hard to get the expected salary. Multiple projects needs to be handled at the same time, resulting in average work-life balance

Unfit people hold positions at director and above levels. They only know how to play politics, with caste and languages biases begin the major tactics they use. Their household maids will hold the good positions here since they belongs to same language speaking community. No work is appreciated. they only focus on securing hefty salaries until retirement. It's the worst place to work with.

Job security was an issue There was a buzz in marketplace and around organisation for closure of Biopharma unit My Family got shattered once i was asked to leave AZ due to repurposing in Biopharma unit ,I was forced to put resign and offered some money to honour my long service

Opportunity to Learn and Develop as plenty of Subscriptions made available by the Organization for Employees to Grow in their Skills. Adequate amount of Facilities & Campus support.

Dislikes

Very poor in successions plan , poor career progression & mentality not a safe environment to work with. Frequent of layoffs & team shuffling, myself frequently impacted as many others who still in the organization, no clear career & personal growth. Excessive micro management even to those who are more than 15+ years of Experience. Speak up culture not in practice here.
