I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Best part is you get salary on day one of every month, you don't have to ask HR about your salary credit date. It gets executed every month without any fail. Free meals were tasty and good for health.

Dislike....... PIP is what i never liked it but it does happen if you are not regular performer.

Only Infra is good, never ever goo for Astra Global coz of Kulbhushan HR Head

Kulbhushan HR Head is a disgusting and pathetic person, he dont know the interview process, favourism is very high, Astra is not a great company to grow, after getting the offer letter and waiting for more then 1 and a half month on the day of joining and giving more then 4-5 times introduction they found that i m not fit for the job, their hiring process is pathetic. if they took the interview in a proper way then my 1 and half month will not get wasted. Please guys dont try for this company otherwise they will kick you out at any time with no reason. Work environment is toxic. They lie a lot during induction, on their website. Truth is company run by bunch of old friends. Which leads to a lot favourism. No hiring process, it's just on their will to whome they want to hire. No work culture.

So the Director is having an affair with the manager(f). A lot many complaints have been raised against her to the management but the director always saves her. CEO is blind to all the internal politics that happens, he doesnot take any action against the people causing trouble. Many people have left because of these politics and many will leave.
