Work environment is toxic. They lie a lot during induction, on their website. Truth is company run by bunch of old friends. Which leads to a lot favourism. No hiring process, it's just on their will to whome they want to hire. No work culture.

So the Director is having an affair with the manager(f). A lot many complaints have been raised against her to the management but the director always saves her. CEO is blind to all the internal politics that happens, he doesnot take any action against the people causing trouble. Many people have left because of these politics and many will leave. HR is non responsive, slave to the directors doesnt take any action. No job security is there. Very toxic work culture....Read More

MOST DISGUSTING DIRECTOR NAMED MANISH KOCCHAR (IMPOTENT). HE DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH HIS REPORTEES AND NEVER SEEN HIS PRERARING ANY DATA AND HIS MANAGERS ARE THE WORST. ALWAYS SUPPORTING THEM FOR DOING UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND EVERYONE IS HAVING EXTRA MARITIAL AFFAIRS IN THE ORGANIZATION.

None, except Nishant Sharma Sir.. he was the only person who could run this company.. apart from him no one has the Business Acumen or a true forecast to run it. He left the company and everything fell apart. Astra is not a great company to work.
