Earlier the company used to be good. Earlier we had job security and management was very supportive. Not now.

Dislikes

It is like a dictatorship now, too much interference in work. Management is abusive and people are treated like use and throw objects. Many people have left due to poor management and HR policies. There is no scope for growth. Hierarchy is everything for even smallest of facilities. Long delay in payment of salary components. Even salary gets delayed. Attrition rate is very high and people are leaving out of frustration. Work load of the people leaving is dumped on people staying back....Read More

Moving to Bangalore; need opinion on salary package to live in BLR (UPDATED)

Hey folks! I might receive an offer letter from a BLR-based company that expects me to relocate from Mumbai. They’re offering me 16.7 LPA (~3.8 years of work experience) for a Data Analyst position with many additional perks. Was wondering if someone could give me some figures to understand general expenses in BLR and then understand how much I should be saving. Their office is in Whitefield so my accommodation would ideally be nearby or at a 20-30 mins distance. Thanks! Update: I received an offer for 18.05 LPA from them!
