Working as a executive for the last two years got many experiences and happy to work with my team members. Expecting more experience and move to next level. The company is based on NBFC and authorized by RBI. There are 900+ branches PAN India. There's more scope for Hindi language in our company, so I am trying to speak hindi language. Probably by this time next year I will learn Hindi well. My COO encourages me lot to learn more things in my career. Finally I am happy to say that its not a target based work. Work more. Compensation is decent, but growth slow. The work pressure is high. There's no proper tool to work. We have to work all the things manually.
