Poor decisions in posting without considering the strengths and weaknesses of the managers. Lack of proper go to market strategy in new verticals. Useless data analysis on excel which is 80% inaccurate. RMs resort more to yelling and threatening than actual planning and tactics. The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive.
