Likes

Great Place to enhance your knowledge. Extreme complex processes are dealt with robust systems to achieve quality results. Peer group is extremely talented and logical. Salary is above standard industry norms.

Dislikes

Entire HR team is a waste of space and money. Most of the HR administration processes are outsourced to external vendors and all other segment of HR perform their duties mechanically. There is no term as HR best practices and Employee Welfare. Culture has drastically degraded since last few years. Most of the projects are top drivenwith the working philosophy of the project being forced upon by external "Performance Enhancement" Vendor. Commonized Methodology has taken precedence over Individuality in working styles. Entire middle management is facing dilemma of whether to focus on Individual Leadership style or follow puppetry orders from the top hierarchy....Read More

Not Satisfied with my current job role. Seeking Advice for a career switch to finance.

Hello, I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good. Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further. *FMVA *Python *Excel *Sql *PowerBI I need help here.
