Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No importance of Performance. So much Favouritism for promotion Very Poor Work Life Balance. Only good for Entry Level Job for Normal B-School candidates. So much difference in Posts and Pay-Scales as per B-Schools even if candidates are totally dumb..

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
