As an Employees, I feel that Asian paints need to more focus on communicate people why to do things instead of what to. We need to tell them clear purpose of doing things. Asian Paints have much scope to impowerment of CONTRACT EMPLOYEES as their considerable numbers and contribution. It will helps definitely to build relationships stronger.
