Asian Paints is a great company depending on which team you end up into. food, perks, work timings, culture is great if you have a great boss. however some teams are extremely toxic and expect you to work overtime and are over worked. they don't have many employees so getting onroll is dofficult

some teams are very toxic and they are allowed to review your work and your job may be terminated on the basis of that alone

Poor decisions in posting without considering the strengths and weaknesses of the managers. Lack of proper go to market strategy in new verticals. Useless data analysis on excel which is 80% inaccurate. RMs resort more to yelling and threatening than actual planning and tactics. Abysmal coordination among other verticals with different objectives. Heavily relying on inorganic ways to achieve targets.
