Requires 24*7 involvement even on weekends They’re very vague with management trainees hired through MBA colleges. No clear process of getting MTs posted for their designated roles. Asian Paints in no doubt is well cultured company and he evolved in 3PL payroll staffs and 3PL Logistics.It was my best organization in work life.

Asian Paints and his 3PL Logistics is good but .CFA Warehouse Manager behaviour is very wrost. I had left this job due to bad behaviour of his CFA Warehouse Manager.
