It's the worst place to work on the planet. It's filled with terrible people. The intensivist Dr Vijay is so bad that you'd need antidepressants after working with him. The HR thinks they are above doctors. The food there is like jail food and you can't bring food from outside. BIG WARNING: You will be asked to quit without experience letter AND WITHOUT SALARY at any point!!!!

It is a horrible hospital running like a nursing home under dictatorship of Dr.Panda.It is the most unethical and corrupt hospital because they use corrupt corporate practices of salary cuts every week starting from house keeping staff up to consultant doctors.it is a very toxic environment. Everything about this hospital is like hell starting from food, teammates,training,job security, career growth,learning, salary cuts in forms of suspensions,politics, horrible HR department, illegal hiring and paperwork practices,telling lies to patients about who did their surgery. employing illegal practice of tie off of end coronary arteries to increase number of grafts without consent or knowledge of patient. its like working in hell in such a vibrant Mumbai city. government needs to shut them down....Read More

Working with Asian Heart is great opportunity because here after working the staffs automatically learn the discipline they know how to management the time. The Management conduct the training sessions regularly for the staff which helps the staff to know their best qualities which I dont feel the other hospital will do. This helps the staff to become a self confidant and responsible.

Dislikes

I personally dont feel any dislikes things about the Asian Heart. It is just in your mind how you think. If you feel and think positive then nowhere we feel any negative. Hence I can recommend not to focus on negative area which effects your mind. Their is not a single workplace where all the are areas are proper It is about how you take the thinks.

To allow staff to bring food from home, this would give employees more flexibility in managing their meals, especially for those who have dietry restrictions or prefer homemade for food for health reasons.

Asian Heart Institute has transparency and clear about the policies and processes. Colleagues are humble and supportive. Good work environment. Open to learning and ready too adapt to change. Management is extremely supportive and will finds multiple ways to retain good hardworking employees.

Home food should be allowed for staff and provide provision outside the hospital premises to bear in mind the health of the person. Everyday canteen food is not feasible for health too. Canteen food quality is not good and over priced too.

Everything else, I didn't get the job role I was hired for, I am not allowed for any leave all my leaves are unpaid. Absolutely no job security you never know which day will be your last working day. Overpressured job without aby Overtime. Salary deductions even if you have done any minimal mistake. Abusive Work culture where management thinks themselves as a god.
