Despite being in the Clean Room industry for more than 25 years, it has not improved in terms of Management & its policies, comprising the same core team since the inception who seldom accept to the changing scenario. Neither there has been a career growth to me for the last few years nor do my colleagues & subordinates. Training, staff welfare & their well being activities are unknown in this company. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
