Work culture is fine and Team mates are supportive, appraisal are biased and they give flat salary hike and bonus payments with flat increment.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management address issues and pressurising individuals to achieve conclusion and push them to close the issues. Salary holding culture is there from higher management and slow career growth.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I got the chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to work in all levels with different team.
